Increasing Clinical Effectiveness (ICE) programme and award

IFCC is pleased to continue its working relationship with CLMA in promoting and implementing the ICE Award. This programme encourages laboratory medicine specialists to collaborate with clinical colleagues to demonstrate that optimal use of the laboratory can have a measurable positive impact on patient outcomes.
Please find attached a letter from Graham Beastall (IFCC Past President), which gives details of the procedure for submitting abstracts of suitable studies for the 2017/2018 ICE Award. The deadline for submission of abstracts is November 3rd 2017.
